With his interdisciplinary studies in economics, philosophy and psychology at the Universities of Bayreuth, Stellenbosch and Nottingham, Leon Jacob knows how to look at a challenge from different angles. With significant project experience in both compensation and talent management he is an expert in developing integrated HR solutions along the employee lifecycle.

A member of the performance and talent management practice of hkp/// group, Leon is always on the lookout for innovative approaches towards the talent challenges in organizations: talent identification, development, leverage and retention. In international projects with global reach, Leon covers the entire consulting value chain of hkp/// group, from strategic questions all the way to the operative rollout of newly developed HR solutions.

Before his time at hkp/// group Leon developed and published a model for value-based talent management, which he trialed at a UK-based "hidden champion" in the consumer goods industry.

Insa Martens holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Management from the University of Hamburg where she also completed her Bachelor’s degree.

During her studies she gained first experience in the field of HR transformation projects at a renowned management consulting company as well as in the area of talent management at a globally operating company in the consumer goods industry.

At hkp///, Insa Martens supports the HR Strategy & Transformation team and is involved in several HR transformation projects. She has gained extensive experience in the design of efficient HR organizations, including the support of (international) companies in different industries in the repositioning and reorganization of their HR department as well as the selection and implementation of HR-IT solutions (Talent Management Suites).

Since 2015, Holger Jungk is part of hkp/// group, supporting organizations in defining their HR IT strategy and choosing the HR IT solution that fits them best. He also advises on governance and implementation issues.

Before starting at hkp/// group, he worked for over five years at one of the largest software companies in an interface function between HR and IT, ultimately holding global responsibility for specific HR solutions. After that, he has been active in consultancy.

HR IT topics aside, Holger is an expert in strategic workforce planning as an instrument for aligning HR activities and HR itself with the company's corporate strategy. In addition, he advises companies on how best to define their shared service center architecture so that it integrates seamlessly with the business partner and center of expertise.

Holger also works as a trainer on a course run by the German Association for People Management (DGFP) and is the author of various professional articles on HR IT, transformation and strategic workforce planning.
