Sasa Basta is an internationally experienced HR manager with extensive expertise, especially in the areas of HR strategy, digitalization and strategic compensation management. He looks back on around 20 years of industry experience.
Before joining hkp/// group in 2023, he was Chief People & IT Officer responsible for all strategic and operational HR and IT issues at a global chemical producer, headquartered in Germany. In direct reporting line, he advised the company’s executive board in key transformation processes. In particular, he drove forward the standardization, harmonization and digitalization of HR management processes.
After studying computer science, Sasa Basta initially held various specialist and management positions in HR IT, Compensation & Benefits and HR Shared Services in the MedTech- and Service-industry, where he also gained extensive expertise in design and execution of global HR management projects.
