HR management consulting firm hkp/// group appoints Isabel Jahn as Partner and Member of its Management Board

Frankfurt, March 3, 2020. Isabel Jahn, an expert in HR and compensation management for financial service providers, is the new partner and board member at the management consulting firm hkp/// group. The appointment was effective January 1, 2020.

Isabel Jahn has extensive expertise and many years of experience in HR and compensation management in the banking and financial services sector and in consulting within these areas. At the Commerzbank and UBS, she held diverse specialist and management positions in talent management & development, global HR projects, and the areas of HR policy and compensation. Following her work as HR Manager at UBS Deutschland AG, she moved to management consulting at the hkp/// group in 2017, where she has since been advising financial service providers on key aspects of HR and compensation management. She is also conjointly responsible for the Financial Services practice at hkp/// group.

After completing her master’s degree in International Culture and Business Studies at the University of Passau, Isabel Jahn (born 1973) began her professional career as a graduate trainee in the HR department of the Commerzbank, where she continued as a HR advisor, responsible for areas such as recruitment, talent development and staffing, as well as supporting restructuring projects. 2004 saw her move to UBS Germany. There she held diverse specialist and management positions in talent management & development, global HR projects, along with areas of HR policy and compensation. In 2013, she became Executive Director in her role as Head of Human Resources Germany and a HR Business Partner for Germany and Austria. A change to management consulting at the hkp/// group ensued in 2017, where she has been a member of the Management Board since 2020.

Isabel Jahn holds various additional qualifications, such as being a Certified Business Mediator (Chamber of Industry and Commerce, IHK) and a Systemic Consultant (Institute for Systemic Consulting, ISB).
