Jouco Bleeker has over 20 years corporate and consultancy compensation experience from Mercer, Shell and ING – in Europe and the USA. His expertise encompasses executive compensation, job evaluation, expatriate policies, global grading and benchmarking. He has been instrumental in the successful redesigns of corporate HR policy and organizational structure. Jouco holds degrees in History and Law from the Royal University of Leiden.
In 2008 Jouco acquired RemuNet Associates and led the firm’s rapid global expansion – from the clients served – to the portfolio of successful HR and HR-IT solutions for corporate pay & policy.
With the acquisition of RemuNet in 2013, Jouco joined hkp/// as Senior Partner. He also continues as Managing Director of hkp/// RemuNet, devoting his talents and expertise in the development and management of national and international Charter Survey Networks - where groups of industry peer companies create and share market insights. He also helps a broad spectrum of corporations with their related Compensation & Benefits, and (Executive) Pay & Policy design. Jouco is a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, with a command of German and French.
Barry Kitz joined hkp/// RemuNet in 2012 and brought along his passion for use of data analytics in the design of HR solutions. With his MSc in Econometrics (Quantitative Finance), he brings expert data analytics to Charter Survey Networks where groups of industry peer companies create and share market insights – from compensation to productivity.
Barry coordinates the collection and validation of data for Networks among the analysts, and also the configuration and testing of IT tools. Alongside these responsibilities he consults in various projects for Network Members – which have included the design and roll-out of flexible compensation systems emphasizing individual performance, competitive positioning and salary cost flexibility for Law Firms. For Airlines Network Members he has compared costs and efficiencies for national flag carriers, providing instrumental results for management. Putting his mathematic skills to good use, Barry also develops stochastic simulation models to valuate Long Term Incentive plans. Barry is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
