Zurich, September 15, 2014 – Per January 1st 2015, the hkp/// group - one of the leading consulting firms specialized in Compensation, Performance Management and Talent Management – will reorganize to serve its clients better.The former Swiss founding partner Dr. Stephan Hostettler leaves the company.

Founded four years ago, the consulting firm hkp/// group, with offices in Zurich, Amsterdam, Dordrecht and Frankfurt am Main, will forge new paths in Switzerland per January 1st 2015. The founding Partner Dr. Stephan Hostettler will leave the company to work independently. “The hkp/// Board of Directors and Partners thank Dr. Hostettler for his contributions and successful cooperation during the founding years of our company and wish him all the best for his future activities”, says Prof. Dr. Thomas Gutzwiller, President of the hkp/// group Board of Directors.

Long-term Development in Focus

Already at the end of 2013, the hkp/// Board of Directors developed a solution for the Swiss consulting business. At this point in time, Dr. Hostettler retired as hkp/// owner and member of the Board and continued as independent hkp/// group licensee. At the close of 2014, his license ceases.

“Desptite these developments nothing will change for our current clients. However, we want to seize this change as opportunity to expand our service offering.” For example, hkp/// is expanding its strategic alliance with Pay Governance, the leading provider of independent executive compensation consulting in the United States. Together with their new offices in Japan and South Korea, hkp/// can now provide services in more countries within the Asian market.
