What we develop together:

  • You carry out projects or are a member of project teams from the concept phase to implementation in the areas of compensation systems, performance management, talent management, benchmarking and/or grading.
  • You will lead one of our benchmarking networks, giving you direct customer contact and the opportunity to manage a long-term project, supported by colleagues.
  • You will develop high quality solutions and ensure connection to relevant HR processes for our customers.

What we expect from you:

  • You have several years of professional experience in a function related to compensation, performance management, benchmarking or talent management.
  • You are both customer- and goal-oriented and have proven experience in project management in a consultancy or in a line function.
  • You have an above-average Master's degree in business-related studies.
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and understand complex relationships.
  • We require English fluency; Dutch fluency is a pre.
  • You have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
