Dr. Stefan Vogg (born in 1962) has had many years of professional and management experience in the energy branch.
 
After studying law and gaining his doctorate at the University of Augsburg, he was first employed as a senior civil servant in the Bavarian State Ministry of Finances.
 
In 1995, he came to the then VIAG AG and took over the management of the economics and politics sector. As a result of the merger with VEBA AG, after 2000 he took over various management functions in the newly created E.ON AG group, both in Germany and in the United Kingdom.
 
In May 2009, Dr Stefan Vogg was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the respective company by the supervisory boards of E.ON Energie AG, Munich, and E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Essen, with responsibility for sales in each case. Parallel to this, he is responsible for the German sales business of E.ON as CEO of E.ON Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH based in Munich.
