Harriet Sebald is a founding partner of the hkp/// group, where she is a Senior Partner in the Strategic HR Advisory division, advising on HR strategy, ESG in HR and People Supply Chain. With over 20 years of professional experience, she is one of the most innovative and experienced consultants in these fields. 

In 2011, Harriet Sebald founded the hkp/// group together with other Partners. Prior to that, she worked for ten years at an international HR management consultancy, most recently as a Partner in the area of workforce effectiveness.  She has long-standing client relationships and supports international, listed (DAX) companies as well as medium-sized hidden champions in the implementation of HR functional strategy in conjunction with ESG.

She has extensive experience in international projects covering the entire employee lifecycle – from the development of corporate values, performance management, learning and talent management to succession planning for board members and executives. She is particularly interested in the implementation of sustainability and ESG through the tools and processes of the Employee Lifecycle.

Harriet Sebald is a dedicated investor with a focus on HR-Tech start-ups as well as start-ups founded by women and mixed teams. As co-founder of the Rhine-Main chapter of the female investor network encourageventures, she supports female investors and founders and advocates for more participation of women in the start-up and investor landscape.
