Nina Grochowitzki studied Business Mathematics at the Darmstadt University of Technology, specializing in probability theory, game theory and optimization. After completing a thesis on multicriteria portfolio optimization, she started working for an international financial service company on the structuring of financial products, where she was responsible among other things for developing product-specific calculation models.
Since January 2011 she is working with hkp///. Her consulting focus is on the design and evaluation of compensation and pension systems of Board members and Top Executives.
