Dr. Stephan Schmid joined hkp/// group as Partner and Member of the Management Board in November 2016. His special area of expertise is successful HR transformations, where he draws on his broad international experience in HR strategy and organization projects as well as experience working in senior HR positions in industry.
Before joining hkp/// group, Stephan worked for a leading consulting firm advising DAX and Mittelstand companies, and businesses in the New Economy. He has also led the Human Resources department of a technology company and been in charge of employee development at a professional services firm.
Stephan Schmid is much in demand as an expert in developing targeted HR strategies, implementing innovative organizational models and designing integrated HR processes. He advises clients on the implementation of tailored business partner, competence center and service center structures, enhancing the agility and operational excellence of HR divisions and developing effective KPIs for HR management.
Stephan holds a doctorate in Applied Mathematics. He is passionate about identifying and maximizing the opportunities offered by digitization for companies and their personnel functions.
Johannes Brinkkötter is one of the leading Shared Services experts in Germany. Following his law studies and admission to the bar, he began his professional career at BASF SE, where he held various departmental and management positions, among other things, he was a political consultant and project manager for M&A and HR. Seven years as Managing Director at BASF Services Europe followed, where he set up and expanded the European Shared Service Center for Finance and HR of the chemical company in Berlin.
With his move to the E.ON Group in spring 2012, in his position as SVP HR Services and member of the HR Board of the energy supplier, he was responsible for several important areas of HR management as well as multiple internal major products. In November 2013 he was appointed a member of the Executive Board of E.ON Business Services GmbH, Hanover. In this role, he reported directly to the CHRO and CIO of E.ON SE.
