- Personnel changes strengthen the HR Strategy & Transformation consulting segment
- Former Managing Director of the business service company of the E.ON Group joins the consultancy
Frankfurt, July 4, 2018. The consulting firm hkp/// group is strengthening its consulting unit HR Strategy & Transformation: Effective July 1, 2018, Holger Jungk is appointed as Partner and member of the Executive Board. The digitalization expert has been a member of the hkp/// group team for about three years, and has significantly contributed to driving the expansion of the IT-related consulting business.
In addition, with effect August 1, 2018, Johannes Brinkkötter will join the hkp/// group's management as Partner and legal advisor. In his position as Managing Director of the internal service business, E.ON Business Services GmbH, the lawyer and experienced Shared Service expert was responsible for the HR services of the E.ON Group. At the hkp/// group, Johannes Brinkkötter will advise companies on issues regarding to HR strategies, transformation of HR as well as Shared Services management.

Holger Jungk has been advising the hkp/// group in the definition of the HR-IT strategy and the choice of relevant HR-IT solutions as well as governance and implementation issues since 2015. Prior to working at hkp/// group, he was employed at one of the world's largest software manufacturers in an interface function between HR and IT and thereafter he was a consultant for a management consultancy firm. In addition to digitalization topics, Holger Jungk is an expert in strategic personnel planning and advises companies on the management of their HR product portfolios. He runs a training course at DGFP, is a guest lecturer at several universities and the author of various publications in the field of HR-IT and transformation.
Johannes Brinkkötter is one of the leading Shared Services experts in Germany. Following his law studies and admission to the bar, he began his professional career at BASF SE, where he held various departmental and management positions, among other things, he was a political consultant and project manager for M&A and HR. Seven years as Managing Director at BASF Services Europe followed, where he set up and expanded the European Shared Service Center for Finance and HR of the chemical company in Berlin. With his move to the E.ON Group in spring 2012, in his position as SVP HR Services and member of the HR Board of the energy supplier, he was responsible for several important areas of HR management as well as multiple internal major products. In November 2013 he was appointed a member of the Executive Board of E.ON Business Services GmbH, Hanover. In this role, he reported directly to the CHRO and CIO of E.ON SE.
