In addition, he advises companies on how best to define their shared service center architecture so that it integrates seamlessly with the business partner and center of expertise.

Following his law studies and admission to the bar, he began his professional career at BASF SE, where he held various departmental and management positions, among other things, he was a political consultant and project manager for M&A and HR. Seven years as Managing Director at BASF Services Europe followed, where he set up and expanded the European Shared Service Center for Finance and HR of the chemical company in Berlin.
With his move to the E.ON Group in spring 2012, in his position as SVP HR Services and member of the HR Board of the energy supplier, he was responsible for several important areas of HR management as well as multiple internal major products. In November 2013 he was appointed a member of the Executive Board of E.ON Business Services GmbH, Hanover. In this role, he reported directly to the CHRO and CIO of E.ON SE.
