Regine Siepmann studied Business at the University of Cologne, majoring in Human Resources Management and Logistics.
After her degree she worked for three years at an international HR management consultancy, mainly involved in projects assessing the appropriateness of compensation levels for members of management and supervisory boards and designing variable compensation systems for top management.
