Since 2015, Holger Jungk is part of hkp/// group, supporting organizations in defining their HR IT strategy and choosing the HR IT solution that fits them best. He also advises on governance and implementation issues.


Before starting at hkp/// group, he worked for over five years at one of the largest software companies in an interface function between HR and IT, ultimately holding global responsibility for specific HR solutions. After that, he has been active in consultancy.

HR IT topics aside, Holger is an expert in strategic workforce planning as an instrument for aligning HR activities and HR itself with the company's corporate strategy. In addition, he advises companies on how best to define their shared service center architecture so that it integrates seamlessly with the business partner and center of expertise.
 
Holger also works as a trainer on a course run by the German Association for People Management (DGFP) and is the author of various professional articles on HR IT, transformation and strategic workforce planning.
