Board
The Board of Hostettler, Kramarsch & Partner (hkp///)
consists of Dr. Stephan Hostettler, Michael H. Kramarsch and a number of independent external members. It functions as a controlling body and strategic sparring partner to the Management Board.
The Supervisory Board has a maximum of seven members, presided over by Professor Dr. Thomas A. Gutzwiller.
Other members of the Supervisory Board are currently Professor Dr. Peter Leibfried, Dr. Eveline Saupper, Dr. Stefan Vogg, Dr. Stephan Hostettler and Michael H. Kramarsch.
Professor Dr. Thomas A. Gutzwiller

Professor A. Gutzwiller is one of the best-known academics in Switzerland. He has also enjoyed a successful career in business.

Peter Leibfried is Professor of Audit and Accounting and Director of the Institute of Accounting, Controlling and Auditing at the University of St. Gallen.
Dr. Stephan Hostettler
Member of the Board and Managing Partner
Dr. Stephan Hostettler has been active as an entrepreneur and consultant in Switzerland since 2002. Prior to this, he worked for a major Swiss bank in the area of financial analysis in Switzerland and in consulting in corporate finance and corporate governance in the USA.
Michael H. Kramarsch
Member of the Board and Managing Partner
In his more than 17 years as a consultant, Michael H. Kramarsch has established himself as one of the most highly regarded experts in corporate governance, performance management and top-executive compensation in German-speaking countries.
Dr. Stefan Vogg
Member of the Board
Dr. Stefan Vogg is member of the Board of Directors of E.ON Energie AG, Munich, and E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Essen. Parallel to this, he is responsible for the German sales business of E.ON as CEO of E.ON Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH based in Munich.
Dr. Eveline Saupper
Member of the Board
Eveline Saupper graduated from University of St. Gallen as lic. iur. in 1983 and Dr. iur. in 1994. She was admitted to the Zurich bar in 1987. She qualified as Tax Expert in 1988. Eveline Saupper joined Homburger AG in 1985 and is a partner since 1994.
